Job description

If you have palliative care experience, you know how important it is to provide a quick response. This is why we are working with other healthcare providers to create a brand new service to help patients and their carers. You will work flexibly and make the most of your nursing experience when patients and families need it most.

You will work alongside the Clinical Lead Nurse (CLN) and assist in the management and delivery of the service. You will provide clinical support to enable palliative care patients and their carers to receive care in their place of choice. You will have RN Registration Level 1, with a relevant post-registration qualification such as ENB 931 or Diploma in Palliative care or equivalent. Experience working in NHS or other relevant care setting in palliative care is essential.
