Your role is to make a key and proactive contribution to the delivery of the Council’s strategic housing functions. Working within the Housing Strategy Team, to the Service Manager, you will be required to carry out research and data compilation and analysis to support on all aspect of the development and delivery of the Council’s Housing Strategy and Housing functions.

Among other qualities, you must have:

·     Experience of working in a Housing environment

·     Excellent over-arching housing knowledge in relation to housing need and the housing & health agenda.

·     Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·     The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

·     Hold a full driving licence and has access to their own vehicle
