Based within our Benefits Unit at our newly refurbished offices in Queen’s Building, Worksop, weare looking for an individual to join our busy but friendly team. The job will involve you dealing with customer enquiries and to assist with the administration associated with Benefits and Council Tax. Therefore, it is essential that you have effective verbal and written communication skills.

Among other qualities, you will also have:

·        Experience of working in an office environment

·        Effective team working skills and flexibility to work between departments

·        Experience of working with a document management system (eg scanning)

·        Minimum 3 GCSE’s to include Maths and English (or equivalent)

·        Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

·        Experience of dealing with customers and in difficult situations

·        Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
