Are you passionate about Restorative Justice and the positive impact it can have on both victims and offenders?

Cleveland Police in partnership with the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner and Restorative Cleveland are looking to appoint a dedicated and passionate Restorative Justice Practitioner who will provide support and advice to Cleveland Police on Restorative Justice and Community Resolutions matters.

The successful applicant will be an integral part of a new and developing multi-agency team recently commissioned by the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland. The post-holder will be instrumental in assisting victims of crime and anti-social behaviour to cope and recover and to promote the rehabilitation of offenders with the aim of reducing reoffending behaviour.

This is an exciting post and we are looking for a highly motivated individual who has the drive and commitment to achieve positive outcomes whilst at the same time proactively supporting and encouraging others to do the same.
