Description

We require a commercially focused Service Manager with excellent leadership, managerial and communication skills, to support the Customer Support Manager in all aspects of regional management and business development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background with good sales experience. Excellent people management skills and a good engineering background are also a prerequisite. Although experience within the lift industry would be preferred this is not essential.

Working closely with the Repairs and Operations Managers the main responsibilities will be:

  • Ensuring routine planned maintenance and callouts are completed on time and efficiently
  • Ensuring Customer systems and paperwork are completed correctly and efficiently
  • Liaise with customers to ensure client satisfaction and manage customer expectations
  • Maximising and generating repair sales
  • Detailing and issuing quotations
  • Ordering of equipment and subcontractors
  • Quality and Health and Safety
