We are looking for a Heating Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Heating Service and Repairs Engineer (Gas) to work across either the North East or Cumbria area. 

As well as maintaining our own properties Karbon Homes also undertake external contracts to carry out day to day servicing and repair of domestic and commercial heating systems. Candidates should have undertaken the National Accredited Certification Scheme for gas fitting and hold the following qualifications:

Essential Qualifications

Domestic Gas CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1, CENWAT and L1.

Desirable Qualifications

Commercial Gas COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CORT1, CIGA1

Renewable Qualifications Logic accredited ASHP or Solar,

Other Unvented Cylinders, Solid fuel, LPG and Oil.

The successful candidate will also hold a full UK driving licence and be prepared to be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to working.

A 24 hour call-out rota for emergency repairs is in operation and the successful applicant will be required to undertake these duties for which they will receive a standby and callout payment.
