Based at our UK head office, we require a Customer Services Assistant to provide maternity cover from April. 
Working within an established logistics team your main responsibility will be to provide admin and data input support to a busy logistics team. 
You will be driven and motivated with a helpful and approachable manner. Requiring excellent communication & organisational skills, you will be responsible for processing orders, controlling customer accounts, updating and maintaining data onto a computer system whilst ensuring stock availability and ensuring the correct products are despatched to customer orders. 
You must be confident & personable, able to work as part of a team, with an excellent telephone manner. You should have the ability to multi task, a flexible approach, with good basic admin, computer & numeracy skills with an eye for detail. You should be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
