Description

Our vision is to ‘support people to be the best they can’ and this is what we want you to be – the best. Due to recent growth we are looking for new staff members to join our concierge team.

We offer a wide range of options for customers seeking accommodation, complemented by a number of services including a health centre, training, education and volunteering opportunities.

We are seeking to appoint a number of posts for our new Concierge service.  The purpose of the post is to provide an on-site presence at supported accommodation owned or leased by Tyne Housing, which may include waking cover overnight and/or at weekends.

The post will generally be lone working providing a presence when support staff are not on site to ensure the safety and security of the building and occupants, which is also conducive to cohesive neighbour and community relations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking organisation. We have recently enhanced our range of staff benefits, including giving everyone a day off on their birthday, and are modernising how we deliver services. We have a strong commitment to staff engagement where everyone’s views and experiences are valued and you have the chance to shape our future.

Working with a dedicated, committed and caring group of staff, Board and partners these posts will appeal to anyone who wants to make a positive impact.

We are a forward-thinking, dynamic company with a ‘can-do’ approach. Our aim is to make a difference to people’s lives and support them to be the best they can.  If you think you can make a difference, then we’d like to hear from you.
