Description

Fixed Term until February 2019

The main job purpose is to work closely with the Customer Service Centre to provide a customer facing and telephone service to Benefits applicants, providing advice and assistance together with dealing with any queries or complaints.  You will collect and verify all information and supporting documentation to ensure that claims can be assessed promptly and accurately in compliance with all relevant legislation and standards from customers.  At all times you should ensure quality customer care is provided.

You will be required to contribute to meeting the applicable Benefits Service targets, focus on continuous improvement in the delivery of the service, and contribute within the team to corporate initiative.
