&lt;p&gt;A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contact Centre Supervisor to join our client’s robust team in Chippenham. The Contact Centre Supervisor will be rewarded with a salary of £22,255 - £24,480 per annum and will work on a permanent contract over 37 hours per week.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In this key position you willsupervise and work as part of a team to deliver a high quality, professional and tailored customer service using a range of communication methods. Proactive and approachable you will ensure that wherever possible customer requests, enquiries and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To be successful in this position you must have the ability to remain calm and diffuse situations when dealing with emotional, difficult or distressed people, strong experience of managing complex and sensitive enquiries is also required. With high levels of professionalism, courtesy, tact and diplomacy you will be able to work with people at all levels, using well developed influencing, negotiating and inter personal skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The ideal candidate will have substantial work experience in a service orientated environment ideally with a telephone or contact centre element. You will also be educated with 5 GCSE’s at C grade or above this will include Maths and English or alternatively you will have vocabulary, verbal reasoning and numerical skills to the equivalent level. Ability to extract, analyse, interpret and present statistical data from a diverse range of software packages is essential. You will also have quick and accurate keyboard skills and extensive experience of using data bases and spread sheets in addition to other Windows systems for email and letter writing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Due to the nature of the roleyou will have the ability to work flexibly over a range of shifts and hours, you will also be required to attend meetings and events out of hours and at different locations.&lt;/p&gt;
