&lt;p&gt;We are currently looking for an experienced, innovative Project Worker to join our well established team delivering a quality support to the Staffordshire Ex Offenders Services. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an outcome focused service which provides tailored support solutions meeting the needs of the individual. You will engage in and promote multi-agency and partnership working with a wide range of agencies and organisations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will have previous skill in working with ex-offenders, and will work towards making a difference in the lives of our ex-offender clients. In return you will receive on-going training given to ensure you have full competency within the role.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will have an excellent understanding of community resources and how to access them. You will possess excellent communication, administration and problem solving skills as well as commitment and the ability to work on your own initiative to effectively manage diverse caseloads to achieve positive outcomes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As this role will see you working within the community it is essential that you have the ability to drive and access to a vehicle.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a Support Co-ordinator to support our Intensive Support Service clients based in the Kent area. In this role you will lead the delivery of support to families with multiple and complex needs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the team around the Family and Common Assessment Framework process, and will have experience of being the lead professional within CAF meetings.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will work to assess clients needs in order to set and deliver tailored support plans to enable clients to develop skills. This is an opportunity to make a real difference to clients' lives. Strong communication and inter-personal skills are essential to success in this role with the ability to use your initiative. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established team and have direct involvement in providing quality services to meet the needs of our clients.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We are seeking individuals who can provide support to our services working from our River View service also based in Kendal which provides supported accommodation for up to 12 people in self contained flats or bedsits who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. You will work with our clients who have personal budgets to design services which meet a range of needs including domiciliary care, housing related support and supported living. The work is varied and interesting and is an exciting opportunity to support us in developing our services to be truly client centred.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are looking for committed people who are able to work on their own initiative with individuals with varying support needs. Experience of working with vulnerable adults is desirable and you must be confident working with support agencies and enhancing our client's skills to enable them to live independently within the community. You will work as part of a supportive team with the potential for development and progression within the organisation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You must hold a full current driving licence and have access to a car as travelling to our services within the area will be required.&lt;/p&gt;
