The Position

We are looking for two creative, ambitious people to join our existing team and expand our capabilities to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of reporting within the customer services function of the business. This is an opportunity to help shape future reporting in the business building on our existing systems to create a full suite of MI in all stages of the customer process, from planning to delivery.

Are you a creative person who can adapt to suit the customer at a minutes notice? Are you willing to drive through barriers to demonstrate your creativity? Do you have the following skills or experience?

VBA programming (Excel preferred)
SQL scripting (VBA preferred)
Planning methodology (Call Centre)
Report creation/writing
Report Analysis and commentary
Advanced Excel
Workforce Management software (Blue Pumpkin and CMS preferred)

The Business

Our role is to provide general needs housing and supported housing services targeted towards helping some of society's most vulnerable people take control of their own lives.

We have over 3,500 colleagues around the UK spread out around over 100 different locations from Scotland to Cornwall. Our head office is based at Gosforth Park Way, Gosforth and our customer contact centre is located at Quorum Business Park.

The Department

The Resource Planning cycle is executed for the Home Group Customer Service Centre, areas adopted are Planning, Scheduling, Real-Time, and MI. You will be responsible for delivering fast, easy to use, accurate data and always looking to continually improving MI to support the Customer Service Centre to drive operational performance. You will also be providing MI and analysis for the wider operation and executive teams.

The successful candidates will be highly numerate, innovative and motivated with experience of delivering complex data in a high pressure environment and the ability to develop key working relationships within the organisation and with relevant external parties.
