You will be part of a newly established team and will have the opportunity to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.</p> <p>You will be responsible for administering Home Group's leases which will include calculating and re-charging day to day service charges, major works bills and sinking/building fund financial profiles for new build developments. You will lead and deliver section 20 processes as well as being involved in facilitating sales enquiries. You will work closely with colleagues, customers, contractors and external stakeholders to deal with all leasehold related matters, ensuring that the collection of service charges are maximised and develop service levels to increase satisfaction.</p> <p>With previous relevant experience of working in a customer service or leasehold management environment, you will have good working knowledge of relevant leasehold legislation and best practice. You must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and the initiative to deal with complex issues.
