&lt;p&gt;Our client, a Housing Association, iscurrently seeking for Maintenance Co-ordinator to organise the scheduling of all reactive works to site operatives on a daily basis.  This is a fixed term contract for 12 months based and the salary is £19,956 - £22,164 per annum plus benefits including pension scheme, Bupa cashplan and flexible working.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Applying effective planning skills to manage the allocation of works to ensure maximum productivity and performance are achieved you will undertake all necessary administration in relation to reactive repairs.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Monitoring target completion dates and priority codes in relation to work orders you will ensure maximum performance is achieved.  Proactively working to meet key targets on repairs you will identify any issues that may adversely affect such targets being achieved. In addition you will coordinate the allocation of repairs to external contractors as and when necessary and administrating such jobs through to completion.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The successful candidate will possess a good general education to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English as well as substantial experience of coordinating staff in a reactive and planned maintenance environment. You will have an understanding of how to deal with administration processes within a similar role. Knowledge of working with accounts, invoicing, reconciliation procedures along with experience of analysing materials and product usage is essential. You will have sound inter-personal and communication skills (both oral and written) and will have worked a customer service environment.&lt;/p&gt;
