&lt;p&gt;A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a competent Business Analyst to join our client on a fixed term contract of up to 1 year. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This role will challenge their established ways of working and ensure their processes focus on providing great customer service. Positive and proactive in your approach, your aim will be to ensure that the Group gets the most out of their IT systems.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Using your skills and expertise, you will be able to analyse and critically evaluate a business process, identify strengths and weaknesses and recommend process improvements that meet business needs. Good problem solving skills are essential in order to effectively design and implement test scenarios and test scripts.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This varied role will contribute to major corporate projects including our Electronic Single Customer Record (ESCR) project and the redesign of their Asset Management and Maintenance services.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The successful candidate will possess solid experience of analysing and documenting complex business processes coupled with the ability to match requirements to system functionality. With experience of process mapping using Visio or similar, you will ideally be able to demonstrate an awareness of lean systems principles e.g. Vanguard method and possess an ISEB professional Business Analysis qualification although this is not essential.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;With a ‘can do’ attitude, you will effectively handle a large diverse workload without compromising on quality. Excellent communication skills are essential in order to work effectively with stakeholders, development teams and third party suppliers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This role will require occasional travel to other offices – Bristol, Taunton and Chippenham. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The ICT Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the Group’s telephone service, ICT infrastructure, support services and systems are fully supported, reliable and effective. Other duties will include ensuring continuity of IT service provision against the agreed SLAs, and managing the delivery of IT support.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The successful candidate will be educated in ICT to degree level or equivalent through training/experience. You will also be qualified with MCP, MCSE, ITIL, Prince2 or equivalent. Experience of a professional body or industry qualification and working at a manager level within an ICT function is essential. Familiarity with server (VM) storage LAN and WAN technologies as well as key MS products such as windows server, SharePoint and MSSQL exchange is a necessity. You will also have financial management knowledge and an understanding of managing budgets in excess of £1Million. In addition you will have excellent communication skills and able to demonstrate commitment to customer excellence.&lt;/p&gt;
