&lt;p&gt;Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner it will be your role to provide strong financial support to the business including the provision of management accounts and reporting at a budget holder and region level. The successful applicant will need to ensure there is effective budgetary control through the review of variances and will challenge budget holders to maintain control of their cost base. In this role you will also be responsible for leading the budget and reforecast process and to provide high quality and consistent financial advice, training and support&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In addition to excellent communication skills, you need to have strong technical accounting skills with the ability to critically analyse and interpret financial information and discuss the implications with customers. You will have experience in providing management accounts and detailed financial analysis and financial modelling to inform business decision making.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is an opportunity to develop financial management skills and experience by working on your own initiative and the chance to make a personal contribution within a dynamic team environment. As this role will see you attending meetings with your clients in varied Home Group Office locations, the ability to drive and have access to your own vehicle are essential.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We are seeking to recruit a Finance Administrator who will administer and support the financial side of the charity with book keeping, the production of annual accounts, keeping effective financial records and other finance related duties, as well as providing financial support and monitoring to the various projects. We have multiple funding streams, coming from grant making trusts, foundations, individuals, companies, local government and more recently central government.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Finance Administrator will process all day to day transactions via a mainstream accounting package i.e. Sage or Quick Books, inward / outward invoicing duties, production of income and expenditure accounts and balance sheets, liaising with the external payroll provider, preparing data and reports as required and liaising with the Finance sub-committee and Executive Officers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It would be desirable that the candidate is at least part AAT qualified (or equivalent) and has relevant experience in a similar role. Experience of working in the voluntary sector and the ability to uphold our Christian ethos would also be desirable.&lt;/p&gt;
