With a reconstituted Management Committee, we are seeking to create a purposeful senior leadership team, fully equipped to:
- inspire a remodelled staff team
- and meet the needs of a changing educational landscape.

This is a new post. You will form a key function within our compact, but purposeful SLT. We require an organised professional, with a successful teaching record, particularly with respect to working with students with low self-esteem. The successful post-holder will co-ordinate our Outreach provision (where students with medical, behavioural and school phobic needs are taught); whilst maintaining a key role in our service's quality assurance and delivery of CPD.
