      <description>Closing Date: 04 Jul 2013 23:59&lt;br /&gt;Reference: NTXMQ5104&lt;br /&gt;Location: The role is home based with extensive travel to Manchester, Peterborough and London&lt;br /&gt;Salary: £46,460 plus allowances &amp; benefits&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;The country’s leading specialist landlord for people with a learning disability, founded by a charity that is the voice of learning disability, is seeking a HR Business Partner to be predominantly responsible for supporting the housing business and where required supporting the wider charityorganisation. This will involve planning and facilitating the delivery of the people strategy and business plan. You will be joining the senior management teams at a time of major change and exciting prospects.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you’ll provide support and direction on people issues. You’ll identify and act upon the people implications of the business plan, changing needs and national projects. Ultimately, you’ll significantly enhance people management policy, capability and practice - and improve people’s performance, ability, engagement and motivation.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;With a CIPD qualification and a strong track record of true HR business partnering you will demonstrate that you add value beyond typical HR delivery and show that you drive HR strategy, influence and deliver change to meet business needs. Influential and engaging at the highest level, you will demonstrate excellent consultancy, partnership and relationship building skills.  Ideally, you would have previously worked within the housing sector, however this is not essential.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The role is home based (a home office can be set up for you) and will involve extensive travel toManchester,PeterboroughandLondon. Package will include a car allowance, working from home allowances, contributory pension and much more.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
