&lt;p&gt;Our client is seeking a proactive Housing Assistant (Rents) tobe responsible for providing support and assistance to the Income Managers and Housing Officers in the provision of an effective rent management service.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In this key role you will assist in the enforcement of tenancy conditions in line with service standards and policies, you will also advise tenants in all problems relating to their rent/service charge. Dealing with the registration of fair rents you will also administer low level arrears, ex-tenant arrears and service charges. Preparing notices for court you will adhere to all procedures and service standards in all aspects of the role and you will aspire to achieve top quartile performance and service standards in all aspects of the role.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Our ideal candidate will be educated to 5 GSCE’s or equivalent including Maths and English at Grade C or above with good administration experience. Knowledge of rent collection, working in a rent arrears team is desirable and working closely with customers and excellent communication skills are essential.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A CRB Disclosure is required.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Our client is a housing association.&lt;/p&gt;
