&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Your main duties will include:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Developing and using information systems to maintain and update comprehensive records of all works programmes issued to maintenance contractors including IT systems, stock condition databases and contract management software.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Developing innovative ways to maximise access to property to enable essential survey and planned maintenance works to be completed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assisting in producing detailed reports.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Developing and maintaining effective communication and consultation processes with stakeholders including liaison with the Leasehold Management team regarding publishing programmes of works for leaseholders.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;The ideal candidate will have:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Higher level qualification in a relevant Technical discipline (such as HNC in Building Construction).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge and experience of asset and maintenance issues, including energy efficiency and environmental issues.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience of managing complex databases or asset management systems.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to research, analyse and produce reports.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Up to date knowledge of Building Regulations and of their impact on sustainability issues.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent ICT Skills (Word, Excel, Power point, Project Management).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of procurement legislation and processes including OJEU.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The service is part of the national improving access to psychological therapies (IAPT) programme and is run by a joint venture between Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust, County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust and Mental Health Matters. You will work closely with colleagues to source referrals from within the service as well as from external partners, carry out vocational assessments and compile an action plan with each individual. Working as part of a team delivering both one to one and group based support, you will work closely with employers, training providers and other agencies, supporting a caseload of individuals on their chosen route to gain and retain employment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will be educated to a minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent standard, with experience of working with people who have experienced mental health issues and / or other disadvantaged groups having an understanding of the barriers they face in accessing and retaining employment. The posts will operate throughout the County Durham and Darlington, with two based in the North and two in the South.&lt;/p&gt;

We are seeking a skilled and motivated person to drive the project forward.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The &lt;b&gt;Nectarworks Community Officer&lt;/b&gt; will lead on the public involvement aspects of the project. Through direct engagement, you will help a wide range of people to contribute to the ‘nectar-source network' in the North Pennines. A skilled and experienced communicator, you will set up and run a programme of activities for local primary schools. Working with schools, community groups and residential care homes you will establish new nectar gardens in their grounds. By recruiting, training and supporting volunteers, you will help local residents to learn about and help bumblebees in their gardens. You will help to reinvigorate an ancient skill by organising training in the use of traditional scythes. Educated to degree level, you will have a proven ability to inspire, motivate and generate action from a wide range of people.&lt;/p&gt;
